Recently stayed in country inn, it's not a good property at all rooms and especially washroom are very very small. Extremely over prized as facilities provided are not at all worth it. We booked using make my trip which says lunch and breakfast included but when we reached property they said food will not be served and you need to pay extra for that , they did not informed this while booking or before reaching hotel. Corridor of floor are so hot it's very difficult to stand and wait for lift, when we complained about that they advised to stay in room and avoid standing long in corridor. Really we had a very bad experience with this property and MakeMyTrip booking.

My favourite hotel in Amritsar. I have been staying here for many years. Rooms are reasonably spacious and bathroom is adequate. Room cleanliness can be improved upon. The new Zafran terrace resteraunt is really nice with a large variety of food options available. Staff are very helpful and go over and beyond normal call-off duty. Special mention to Meenakshi who lights up the place with her amazing smile.

Very good experience in country inn! The breakfast was commendable and the staff is very cooperating , Ankush made the breakfast experience 10x easier and served us with love. The food and spread was also amazing

Our stay was quite pleasant. The staff was really courteous and helpful, especially the guy on the front desk, Gagandeep and Mr Ashwini. The food during the breakfast buffet was quite fulfilling and good.

We stayed at the property from 21st to 23rd August 2023. Our stay was pleasant . Some suggestions to the management to address a few pain points : 1. The toilet was very small and the shower area even smaller. 2. The shower was placed at the ceiling level and was not effective. 3. Maybe a bucket and mug can be provided to give guest a choice. 4. There was some fowl smell emanating from the commode , similar to the one we get in train toilets. The draingae pipes could be clogged and needs a deep cleaning. 5. Cleaning of rooms could be better as we found human hair in the corners. I had to call housekeeping to have it cleaned. 6. Provision of tea bags and stuff should be topped after every room cleaning. 7. TV remote was weak . 8. The wifi is also very weak and signal is bad. 9. There were power cuts in between . 10. Breakfast was good. Overall our experience was very good and I recommend a definite stay.

Location with the services is the perfect place to stay. It goes with cherry on top when u get the good staff too.. Excellent place to stay and perfect experience... Mr Sartik was too helping for me on my entire stay.. Loved to stay here and again will choose the same for amritsar

I went on a trip with my parents to Amritsar. We stayed here for a day in a deluxe family room. The size of the room was quite small ( considering it was family deluxe room ). Bathroom was also small. Overall the space was not enough for three people. Coming to their breakfast, it was awesome. There were so many options and the cooks including serving staff was professional. Food was also tasty. Staff is excellent. Front office people are so helpful and calm. According to the prize point, I felt room did not marked the excellence otherwise all the other things were good. Location is awesome. All famous attractions are nearby.
